Candace is another character that works as a niche support. She can grant Hydro Infusion, Hydro DoT, and Normal Attack DMG bonus. Unfortunately, as of now, there's no perfect pair for Candace yet. Currently, there's no artifact that fully enhance Candace's ability. Players can only settle with the typipcal support options like 4pc Noblesse Oblige, or 2pc Tenacity of the Millelith + 2pc Emblem of Severed Fate.
