Kujou Sara in gameplay is far weaker compared to the Sara in lore, but fortunately, Raiden Shogun likely won't mind. Considering the Tengu is one of the best supports the Electro Archon can have, players should be patient and aim for her C6 to bring the most out of their Raiden.
Since she's primarily a Burst healer, Jean is a no-brainer to use. However, when it comes to using her Elemental Skill, it can be quite troubling for new users. This struggle is even more apparent if players are using mobile devices.
Jean's healing scales with ATK, but 5-star Sword isn't required since she heals just fine even with 4-star weapons. Jean is also not demanding when it comes to artifact mainstat and set, which makes her a low-investment character.
Kujou Sara is a niche support, solely viable for Electro characters. She has ATK buff that would be beneficial for everyone, but since Bennett exist (and he grants better buffs), this effect is mostly overlooked.
Sara is mostly a buffer, but she would also make a decent sub-DPS with her Burst.
