Lisa may be a starter character, but she has one of the rarest utility: DEF reduction. If players know how to properly use her Burst, Lisa can decently increase the team's DPS. One thing that likely push players away from using the Librarian is likely the fact that it's hard to get her Constellation, which buries her under the other 4-stars.
