The fixer of Inazuma surprisingly hails from Mondstadt. However, despite now having the chance to return to his homeland, Thoma decides to continue serving the Kamisato Clan as their housekeeper. His release was first hyped as it enables Kazuha with Hu Tao, but the Kazuha + Thoma addition got quickly buried under Zhongli + Albedo pairing.
