Passive	Using an Elemental Burst regenerates 6 Energy every 2s for 6s. All party members will regenerate 6% HP every 2s for this duration.

Prototype Amber is an F2P weapon that can be obtained via forging. Like Everlasting Moonglow, this Catalyst also enhances HP and ensures her Burst will always be available. Thanks to it being F2P friendly, this equipment ranks in the S- tier for Kokomi.

4/7 Sacrificial Fragments

Sub-Stat	221 Elemental Mastery
Passive	After dealing damage to an opponent with an Elemental Skill, the skill has a 80% chance to end its own CD. Can only occur once every 16s.

Sacrificial Fragments is another option players can use for buffer or healer Kokomi, ranking in the A tier. The weapon resets the cooldown of her Skill, which means her Jellyfish can stay for an extended time on field. It’s perfect when paired with 4-Tenacity of Millelith.

Each of the aforementioned effects can have up to 3 stacks. Additionally, all nearby party members other than the equipping character will have their Elemental Mastery increased by 40. Multiple such effects from multiple such weapons can stack.

A Thousand Floating Dreams is niche for Bloom trigger Kokomi, but it certainly places in the S tier for this particular role.

7/7 Magic Guide

Sub-Stat	187 Elemental Mastery
Passive	Increases DMG against opponents affected by Hydro or Electro by 24%.

Magic Guide is a 3-star Catalyst that’s only viable for Bloom trigger Kokomi. This weapon ranks in the B tier considering its Elemental Mastery sub-stat and decent passive.
